Biography :
In 2006, Option One Mortgage was where I first became familiar with Real Estate. I was simply putting loan packages together and getting them over to the underwriters. I learned the necessary documentation needed by soon to be homeowners. It was short lived as that branch closed and I found myself expediting for a company called SDI. After 1 year, I decided to make a move and really find something I thought I would love. My search led me to Foreclosure Review Services and Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones, where I spent 13 years learning about title searches, complaints, deeds, mortgages, and sheriff sales. I worked with numerous attorneys and spent the last 4 years in accounting.
Becoming a Real Estate Agent was a no brainer for me. I know the urgency you feel when you need a place to live. I also know how it feels when you find that beautiful place that you call home. I know the peace you feel when you don’t have to worry anymore because you have found that place that you can retire to after a hard day’s work, that man or woman cave, that playroom for your kids, that bathroom that is like a spa. I’ll be happy to work with you to find your forever set of keys.

Testimonials
I've been with united since February of 2014. One of things I like most about United is the family atmosphere. I went to sit with numerous brokerages before making my decision. Once I met and talked with our Broker of record, it really put me at ease as far as my decision. Also the added bonus of 100 percent commission is great as well. The office provides a variety of training and our staff is always helpful and responsive. I'd recommend United to anyone looking for a brokerage to work with.- Bydia Evans
I could not be happier with United Real Estate (Wayne, Pa). The ongoing instructional classes, the freedom, commission, and support are unparalleled compared to other agencies in the area. Rick Molner, Sandy Murphy, along with Cayla Wright, the administrative coordinator are extremely supportive and able to help with any questions and solve any problems that I might have. The positive attitude of the people at United Real Estate in Wayne are what drives the company.- Joanne Bronstein
United Real Estate Philadelphia is very helpful. It isn't just talk here, they actually help you. I wasn't even signed up as an agent and was invited by Sandy, the office manager, to a meet and greet with the CEO, CFO, and vendors. The CEO of United Real Estate took me aside and spent 30 minutes with me one on one, attitude trickles down from the top and this company's got great attitude at the top.- Drew Carney
